With 2,000 sq feet of flex space, 1500 sq feet of patio, 1200 sq feet of rooftop, and 2,000 sq feet of cafe space, we can bring your vision to life. Originally a manufacturing and shipping facility for a bottling enterprise, it later became the home of Budd Piper Roofing. In 2018 it was transformed into a modern industrial workspace that offers dynamic seating options, private corners, meeting rooms, event spaces, and private office suites. Enjoy natural light from large windows and skylights during the day, and cozy ambiance with warm lamps in the evening.
